 What causes a weak immune system?

Many people are taking extra steps to be healthy in the aftermath of the latest COVID-19 omicron variant.

Hands washing for 20 seconds and social separation are critical to preventing the virus from spreading. However, it is also critical to have a healthy immune system that can fight off any pathogens that you may meet. If you've observed that you're frequently unwell, tired, or have other nagging symptoms that you can't pinpoint, your immune system may be impaired.

1. You have a high level of stress.
