4. Keep a healthy weight

5. Daily exercise

 The risk of breast and bowel cancer is allegedly reduced. At least five days a week must include at least 30 minutes of moderate exercise. Any form of activity is OK as long as it causes mild warmth and breathlessness. If it's more convenient for you, break it up into 10-minute segments.

6. Manage your stress

 Despite the lack of proof, pressure may indirectly increase risk. Learn some relaxation methods.
