  Home remedies for gas in the stomach

One of the most terrifying concerns is passing gas at an inopportune time and in front of people. One of the most prevalent and uncomfortable health problems is gas. Although it is not a sickness and is a normal aspect of digestion, a gassy stomach can be an awkward condition. It might cause bloating, stomach pain, cramps, & heaviness. Flatulence is the accumulation of gas in the digestive system whenever you swallow air while drinking or eating.

Whenever the amount of stomach acid is insufficient for digestion, the digestive tract creates excessive intestinal gas, which is a mixture of oxygen, carbon dioxide, methane, and hydrogen. Other causes of gas include consuming hot foods, not correctly digesting food, stress, digestive disorders, bacterial infections, & excessive drinking. Excess gas causes issues such as belching, burping, gas, or pain. Here are some natural cures for gas and bloating.

1. Ginger, cardamom, & fennel

Ginger is a miraculous herb that is used in home remedies to heal problems such as headaches, stomach aches, and sore throats. It can also be used to relieve gas and is a good indigestion cure.

1 teaspoon ground ginger, 1 teaspoon cardamom, and 1 teaspoon fennel seeds Stir all of the ingredients together, then add a teaspoon of the mixture to a cup of water. Add a pinch of asafoetida or hing to the water as well. Take this solution twice a day. To aid digestion and regulate gas production in the stomach, chew a piece of ginger or sip ginger tea.

2. Black peppered garlic with cumin seeds

Garlic is another alternative for treating gas. It has therapeutic properties & aids with digestion. Decrease gas development by including garlic in your meals and soups.

Procedure: Bring a cup of water to a boil. Now, take a couple garlic cloves & ground them. Pour the garlic powder into the water. Mix with some black peppercorns & cumin seeds. Allow it to boil for a few minutes before turning off the heat. Allow the drink to cool before straining it. Drink this three times each day.

3. Ajwain and Carom Seeds

Ajwain and carom seeds are good in curing gas. Thymol, which is found in carom seeds, stimulates the flow of gastric juices and aids inappropriate food digestion.

Procedure: Gulp down half a teaspoon of carom seeds with a cup of water. To get rid of gas, do it once a day.

4. Buttermilk

Buttermilk is a fantastic flatulence treatment that will settle your tummy.

Procedure: In a glass, combine buttermilk, a pinch of black salt, & crushed carom seeds. To relieve gas, mix it thoroughly and drink it once or twice a day.

5. Pumpkin steamed

Pumpkin aids in the reduction of gas production inside the stomach. All we need for this treatment is a pumpkin.

Procedure:  Make a cup of steamed pumpkin. You can eat it fresh, baked, or boiling. Consume it on a daily basis.

6. Water with apple cider vinegar

Some other treatment for flatulence is apple cider vinegar. It relieves flatulence and calms the stomach. If you don't have apple cider vinegar, you can substitute normal vinegar.

Procedure:  Pour two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar into a glass of warm water. It should be consumed once per day, ideally in the morning.

7. Warm lemon juice

Lemon aids digestion by containing acid, which causes the creation of hydrochloric acid, which breaks down food. Lemon can also help with gas and bloating.

Procedure: Drink a cup of warm water and stir in about two tablespoons of lemon juice. You can also substitute three lemon wedges for the lemon juice. Drink the lemon water onto an empty stomach in the morning.
