2. Don't smoke

3. Refrain from napping

According to experts, if you enjoy taking naps after meals, it's time to say goodbye because it's a dangerous habit. The digestive juices produced by the stomach rise up and cause heartburn when you sleep after a meal. The digestive system as a whole is harmed.

4. Do not take a shower.


After a meal, don't take a shower. When you shower after a meal, blood rushes to the skin to regulate body temperature, which can cause digestive issues because digestion requires a lot of energy.

5. Stay away from the gym.

Exercising right after a meal can cause digestive issues. Vomiting, stomach puffiness, and loose bowel movements are all possible side effects.

6. Don't drink tea or coffee.                                                 

After a meal, many of us prefer to drink tea or coffee. It turns out that it is harmful to our health. They contain phenolic compounds that inhibit the absorption of iron. As a result, they should only be consumed an hour after a meal.

7. Don't let your belt loosen. 

When you apply or remove the pressure to the stomach after eating, it disrupts your digestion and gastric process, which can lead to a variety of health issues. As a result, don't loosen your belt after a meal. It's also a sign that you've had too much to eat.

8. Do not drink the water


Water reduces the secretion of enzymes and juices in the stomach when consumed right after a meal. It may cause bloating and acidity, making digestion more difficult.
